AJABU spreads its sixth Cape Town edition across more than 30 bars from 14 to 22 November. The programme includes guest bartenders, special menus, pop-ups, live music, workshops and cocktail sessions, so each evening can take a different shape.
The opening Tasting Table on Saturday 14 November brings distillers and spirit makers together for two timed sessions. Visitors can choose one sitting or a combined ticket, then use the festival’s bar guide to plan stops across the city.
